Universal Language and Computer Institute has been working with Educational Testing Service (ETS) for more than 4 years. When the ETS first planned to implement the iBT to replace the Computer Based TOEFL (CBT), ULCI conducted the Pilot Test for ETS. The program was a success. Today ULCI provides the following ETS services in Nepal.
