There are different academic blocks for different departments: Counselling, Language, Test Preparation, Resource Centre, Test Administration and Administration Blocks. All the blocks have the facilities that are required for the services offered at the particular blocks. The classrooms in all these blocks are fully equipped with computers; audio/visual aids, internet and intranet facilities. All the classrooms are air-conditioned.

The ULCI Online Resource Centre is a web based digital self-access intranet library where ULCI students can have instant access to a vast pool of learning resources. The Online Resource Centre contains tailor made practice materials for TOEFL, IELTS, GRE, GMAT, SAT, OET and English Language courses. The Online Resource Centre has made it possible for our students to enhance the skills they get in the classrooms, with the most up-to-date materials.

In addition to the regular course activities, students can study on their own at the ULCI Library. The Library is fully supplied with sufficient reading materials to meet the needs of students. The materials in the library include English and Chinese Language learning materials, TOEFL, IELTS, SAT, OET, GRE & GMAT preparation materials, and information about different study abroad destinations. 

To make it convenient for our students and staff; ULCI has two places to where students could get an excellent range of food that is healthy, tasty and clean. Both food outlets are at the ULCI venue and open daily from 7 am to 6 pm. The Canteen provides a range of foods including sandwiches, momo, chawmin, various types of snacks, breakfast and lunch.

The ULCI Bakery sells a good variety of healthy flour based food choices such as cookies, cakes, pastries, pies etc. It also serves coffee, tea and cold drinks. The institute regularly supervises both the establishments to ensure that the quality standards are maintained.

ULCI has specious parking facilities for two weelers and four weelers..
