SAT

The SAT reasoning test is a standardized test for college admission to most recognized schools in the US. High scores in the SAT qualify students for entry into good schools in the US and also allow them to compete for merit based scholarships. Almost all colleges in the US accept the SAT as a part of their admissions process.

The SAT is a 3 hour 50 minute exam (including an optional essay which takes 50 minutes), consisting of five sections: Reading, Writing, Math (with calculator), Math (no calculator), and Essay (optional).
