ULCI is conveniently located at Dillibazar, next to Trinity College, making it easily accessible for students from various parts of the city.

ULCI offers comprehensive preparation courses for SAT, IELTS, OET, TOEFL, and more. Each course is designed to provide thorough training and practice to ensure students achieve their best scores.

ULCI specializes in test preparation and does not offer study abroad counseling. However, we provide extensive resources and support to help students excel in their exams.

Test Day and Policies

You are permitted to bring your ID, pencils, erasers, and occasionally a clear water bottle. Electronic devices, study materials, and personal items such as bags are typically prohibited. Please review the test center’s specific guidelines beforehand to ensure compliance.

In case of late arrival, please inform the test center staff immediately. Depending on the specific test regulations, you may be permitted to take the test, albeit with reduced testing time, or you may need to reschedule. To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend arriving well before your scheduled test time.

You will need a valid government-issued ID such as a passport, citizenship, NID card, or sometimes even a driver’s license with your name, signature, and photograph. Please check your test admission ticket for specific ID requirements.

Should you encounter any technical issues during your test, please alert the test center staff right away. Our team is trained to address and resolve such issues promptly to minimize any disruption to your test. Depending on the situation, we may offer alternative solutions to ensure you complete your test successfully.

Most tests allow you to reschedule or cancel your test appointment, but fees and deadlines may apply. Please check with your test provider for their specific policies and procedures to avoid any unexpected costs or complications.

Fees and Payment

Currently, we do not offer installment payment options. The full fee is required upon admission. However, we are working on introducing flexible payment plans in the future to better accommodate our students’ financial needs.

The IELTS Academic registration fee is Nrs. 31,500 for the paper-based exam and Nrs. 28,800 for the computer-based test. To register, you will need a valid passport. We strive to make the registration process as smooth as possible and are here to assist you every step of the way.

The PTE registration fee is $200. Using pre-paid vouchers, it costs Nrs. 25,000. Registration requires a valid passport.

The SAT registration fee is $111. The cost varies daily based on the exchange rate, plus a 15% TDS and bank charges. Registration requires a passport or citizenship. A PAN card (either the candidate’s or a parent’s) is also required. To take the SAT exam, a passport is mandatory.

The OET registration fee is AUD 587. The cost varies based on the Australian dollar rate. Registration requires a passport, citizenship, or National ID card.

The cost for OET result remarking is AUD 120 per component. The fee varies based on the Australian dollar rate.

If the registration deadline for the booked test date is still open, the deferral fee is AUD 120. If the registration deadline has passed, the fee is AUD 200. The fee varies based on the Australian dollar rate.

After canceling the OET test, you will receive a refund of AUD 380 out of AUD 587. AUD 207 will be deducted.
