Universal Language & Computer Institute (ULCI) is one of Nepal’s oldest and largest educational services providers, specializing in test preparation and examination administration services. ULCI was established in 1984 as a language and computer training institute and has served hundreds of thousands of students to achieve their educational dreams and aspirations. We are an institution with a proud history and have played a pivotal role in establishing English language education and international testing provisions in Nepal.
ULCI currently offers test preparation courses for TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language), IELTS (International English Language Testing System), GRE (Graduate Record Examinations), OET (Occupational English Test), and PTE-A (Pearson’s Test of English – Academic), and UKVI English Examinations for A1/A2/B1/B2 levels.
